How it Works
- Form teams of six. We do accept individual submissions, but it is not recommended.
- Each team or individual submits their participation form.
- All participants receive training sessions and inspirational talks.
- Participants will be asked to fill out a survey sent to their email, found on the education materials webpage and on the video submission form.
- All teams will pitch their venture ideas by answering six questions on the website or by submitting a video. The questions will be found in the success story. We strongly suggest participants submit a video, as it is a better way to pitch ideas.
- The top 100 ideas shared by either teams or individual participants, will be selected as the winners of the 2023 Toumouhi Challenge.
- The top 6 ideas shared by either teams or individual participants, will be crowned the ultimate winners of the 2023 Toumouhi Challenge!
- A celebration event will follow.
All participants need to complete a required survey before December 31, 2023, in order receive their Certificate of Participation. The survey will be found on the education materials webpage. It is also located on the video submission form.

Judges
– Judges are carefully selected by the program’s stakeholders according to the following criteria:
- 30% of the judges must be bilingual in English and Arabic.
- Experts in their industry with a proven record of their experience.
- Willingness to devote time to working on the evaluation.
- Enthusiasm for their participation in the Toumouhi Challenge program.
How You will be Evaluated
Each video will be evaluated by two judges. In the event of a tie, a third judge will be assigned to evaluate the video, and their score will dictate the final score
A random draw will determine which judge will evaluate each video
The final score will be calculated based on the responses to the questions below:
Do you have a sports-related goal or business idea? If yes, what is it? (25%)
How do you plan on achieving your sports-related goals? (25%)
How can you help and positively contribute to the development of women in sports in Saudi Arabia? (25%)
What is it that you are searching for? Or what are you missing to be able to reach your sports-related goals? (10%)
What are the major challenges that you face with achieving your sports-related goals? (15%)
